I focus on both. Sometime on what's not working so I can improve and make changes and sometimes on what is working, enjoying it, getting excited about it and sharing it with others. Two things that I thought about while reading…

1. For many people, their own perspective equals complete reality. This is difficult for most people- because it’s difficult for others to understand and find ways to look at things from another person’s viewpoint.

2. For networkers, when you state that not everyone gets it is a good thing…. I agree. If everyone got it, then the company selling the products and services wouldn’t need networker distributors to get the word out and recruit/sell. That’s a different perspective probably from what many people think when they ask why their friend doesn’t get it…
