Network Marketing Success: Get Your Newbies Started Right
Coming from an HR Management background, I like to think of starting a new team member in my business similar to when we started a new employee in our company.
Do you have so much to do that it seems overwhelming and you just shut down and do nothing?
Then stop thinking about how much you have to do and start getting it done.
Feeling overwhelmed is merely a state of mind that you choose. And just as easily as you can choose to feel overwhelmed, you can choose to let it go.
A new day, a new month, a new year draws upon you and it can make you feel like time is quickly slipping away. But, in fact, time comes to you just as quickly as it moves past.
And that means that each moment you get the opportunity to make a difference. Each moment, the best thing you can do is to make full and meaningful use of that moment.
That is how you get things done. Moment by moment, little by little. Most people think that they’ll get motivated and then act. Unfortunately, that’s not usually the way it works. Motivation actually follows ACTION, not the other way around. So don’t wait to get motivated to take action, take action and that’s where the motivation will come from and will soon will turn into momentum.
You don’t have to tackle everything all at once. Just break it down. And don’t wait for the time to be JUST RIGHT because it will NEVER be Just Right.
Start where you’re standing and over time what once seemed overwhelming will quickly become a source of real and lasting fulfillment.
There’s a great quote that I just love by John Maxwell that I believe drives this home…
“Life is like a taxi;
Whether you’re going anywhere to not;
The meter keeps ticking.”
