Once they have decided to make the purchase, you need to have a method of closing the sale and acknowledging the purchase. This could be as simple as a handshake or verbal confirmation, clicking a “yes” link or signing a contract/agreement.
How strong are these 4 elements in your business? If you’re not generating the level of revenue that you would like, your first step is to make sure that you’re not missing one of these 4 steps. Once you have them covered, look at your process and fine tune where you’re falling short and you’ll begin to see an improvement in your results.

Coming from an HR Management background, I like to think of starting a new team member in my business similar to when we started a new employee in our company.
